Our onboarding process for new clients is designed to be smooth and personalized, ensuring that we fully understand their needs and preferences from the start. The process typically involves several key steps:

  1. Initial Consultation: We begin with an initial consultation, either in person or virtually, to discuss the client’s specific needs, preferences, and expectations. This conversation helps us understand their lifestyle, interests, and any particular challenges they may face.
  2. Personalized Assessment: After the initial consultation, we conduct a personalized assessment to gather more detailed information. This includes discussing any medical or emotional needs, preferred activities, and any other important factors that will inform the companionship match.
  3. Matching Process: Based on the information gathered, we carefully match the client with a suitable companion who best aligns with their personality and interests. Our goal is to ensure a comfortable and engaging relationship from the outset.
  4. Introduction Meeting: Once a match is made, we facilitate an introduction meeting where the client and companion can meet and interact. This allows both parties to gauge compatibility and discuss any initial plans for activities.
  5. Feedback and Adjustment: After the first few sessions, we follow up with both the client and companion to gather feedback on the experience. This helps us make any necessary adjustments to ensure satisfaction and comfort.
  6. Ongoing Support: Throughout the relationship, our support team remains available to address any concerns, answer questions, or facilitate changes as needed, ensuring that the companionship experience remains positive and fulfilling.


 Companionship sessions are designed to be flexible and tailored to the individual needs of each client. The structure and scheduling of these sessions generally follow these guidelines:

  1. Personalized Planning: Each session begins with a brief discussion to outline the day’s activities based on the client’s preferences and interests. This could include anything from engaging conversations and recreational activities to outings or wellness check-ins.
  2. Flexible Duration: Sessions typically range from three to several hours, depending on the client’s needs and energy levels. We strive to accommodate any specific requests regarding the length of each session. But we do require a minimum of three hours for each visit.
  3. Regular Scheduling: Clients can choose to schedule sessions on a regular basis—such as biweekly, weekly or multiple days a week. Our goal is to create a routine that feels comfortable and beneficial for the client.
  4. Activity Variety: Each session may include a mix of activities, such as arts and crafts,  reading, or outings, ensuring that interactions remain engaging and enjoyable. Companions are encouraged to adapt the session’s structure based on the client’s mood and interests.
  5. Communication and Feedback: We maintain open lines of communication between the client and companion to ensure that sessions remain fulfilling. Regular check-ins allow for adjustments to be made based on feedback or changing needs.


We prioritize quality and consistency in our companionship services through a multi-faceted approach. First, we carefully select our companions, conducting thorough background checks and interviews to ensure they possess the right skills and qualities for the role. Once selected, companions undergo comprehensive training that includes topics such as effective communication, emotional support, and safety protocols.

To maintain high standards, we implement regular performance evaluations and gather feedback from clients after each session. This feedback is used to assess companion effectiveness and make any necessary adjustments. Additionally, we provide ongoing training and professional development opportunities to keep companions updated on best practices and enhance their skills.


At this time, Faithful Friends is exclusively accepting private pay for our services. This means that, for the moment, we are not able to process insurance plans or other alternative payment methods, as we focus on maintaining a streamlined approach to client care. Despite this, our dedication remains unchanged—we’re fully committed to delivering the same exceptional, high-quality care and personalized support that our clients have come to expect from us.
